Giovanni is a Partner at Kitra Advisory, with extensive experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. He initially developed a deep specialization in the Financial Services sector, later expanding his expertise to Insurance Distribution (brokers, MGAs, and agencies) and Business Services.

Prior to joining Kitra in January 2025, Giovanni spent over fifteen years within the M&A team at KPMG Advisory, holding roles of increasing responsibility up to the level of Director.

He specializes in extraordinary M&A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), deal structuring, and corporate valuations, regularly advising entrepreneurs and SMEs, private equity funds, and financial institutions.

Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista), registered with the ODCEC of Milan (Section A) since June 2023.

Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and Finance (cum laude) from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where he also earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (cum laude).
