Our KitraTalks series continues to explore perspectives and stories that, while not directly related to our daily work, provide valuable enrichment and inspiration.

At our Christmas party in Rome on 18 December, we were honoured to host Adriano Panatta, the legendary tennis champion and internationally renowned sports commentator.

The interview with Panatta, conducted by film producer Domenico Procacci and preceded by the screening of the documentary film Una Squadra (A Team), gave us the opportunity to explore the value of teamwork. The stories of the protagonists — Panatta and Bertolucci, Barazzutti and Zugarelli — revealed that collaboration and mutual support were essential in forming a closely-knit, successful team. This is a concrete example of how different personalities, bound together by a shared goal, could form ‘the strongest team in the world’.
