On 5 November, we had the pleasure of meeting Tommaso Arenare, a consultant with extensive experience in supporting clients in the financial institutions sector – particularly in investment banking and, more generally, in the banking sector – during times of transformation and growth.

Tommaso presented his book “OLTRE – La tua nuova leadership: cambiare, scegliere e sfidarsi per una vita di valore e felicità” (BEYOND – Your New Leadership: Changing, Choosing and Challenging Yourself for a Life of Value and Happiness), an invitation to break the mould, free ourselves from the stereotypes that often cage us and look at work, relationships and life with a new perspective.
