Description of the Deal
Kitra Advisory advised J.C. Flowers & Co. on the acquisition of 100% of the Italian operations of the wefox group, namely wefox MGA S.r.l. and wefox Services Italy S.r.l. (together, wefox Italy).
Company Profile
wefox Italy operates as an insurance enabler with an affinity distribution model and a strong focus on motor insurance. Following the transaction, it will continue as an independent operator led by its existing management team.
Rationale of the Deal
The deal was part of the wefox group’s restructuring process, aimed at focusing resources on core markets and strengthening financial flexibility. Following the closing, a new visual identity was introduced, adopting the Enablia name and brand.
