Description of the deal
Kitra Advisory advised Euclidea SIM S.p.A., on the sale of 100% of capital to Banca Ifis S.p.A., which successfully closed the deal following the authorisations of the Bank of Italy in November 2025.
Company Profile
Established in Milan in 2017, Euclidea SIM is a securities brokerage company authorised by Consob (Italian Stock Exchange Regulator) that offers asset management services pursuant to the MiFID II directive, based on a proprietary “fund ranking” algorithm that uses AI and machine learning to select active and passive funds. Through its digital platform, Euclidea offers portfolio management with transparent and competitive pricing, mainly aimed at private customers; at the end of 2024 it managed about €400 million for over 2,000 customers.
Rationale of the Deal
The acquisition of Euclidea SIM by Banca Ifis is part of the development of the wealth management business, which will be one of the pillars of the Group’s offer of financial services and products in the field of asset management, investment funds and advisory.
