Kitra Advisory advised Galgano on its partnership with Oakley Capital, a leading pan-European mid-market private equity investor. Through the transaction, Oakley Capital established a platform investment in the P&C specialty insurance distribution sector, aiming to build a leading player in the Italian market. Vito Galgano, Founder and CEO, reinvested alongside Oakley Capital and continues to lead the Group as CEO.
