Andrea Lorenzo Cioccarelli is a Partner at Kitra Advisory, with twenty years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and Strategy. As a financial advisor, he has gained significant experience in structuring extraordinary transactions in the consumer and industrial markets, primarily in the Healthcare & Life Science, Energy, Construction, and Sport & Leisure sectors, working mainly with national industrial companies and Italian and international Private Equity funds.

Throughout his career, he has also developed strong expertise in strategic planning, complex project management, and the execution of Distressed M&A, Strategic Planning and Restructuring transactions.

Before joining Kitra, Andrea was an Equity Partner at KPMG Advisory and Head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice within Italian Corporate Finance.
