Kitra Advisory, an independent Italian financial advisory boutique firm specialising in M&A transactions and alternative investments, was founded by Giuseppe Latorre and Fabrizio Montaruli, with IBL Banca acting as the anchor investor and is now up and running.

Arcano Partners, a leading independent company in Spain and Portugal specialising in alternative asset management and advisory services with approximately £9 billion in assets under management (AUM), joined the project as an institutional investor and European partner. Arcano Partners will support Kitra Advisory with its twenty years of experience in the alternative asset sector.

With offices in Milan and Rome, Kitra Advisory aims to establish itself as a leading player in alternative asset investments and M&A in Italy. In addition to providing financial advisory and M&A services, Kitra will also be able to identify investment opportunities.
