Kitra Advisory advised BCC Iccrea on the sale of 51% of BCC Vita’s capital to BNP Paribas Cardif and on the simultaneous sale of 51% of BCC Assicurazioni to Assimoco.

BCC Assicurazioni, an insurance company founded in 2008 dedicated to offering protection products specialising in property and casualty insurance sector.
