Company Profile
GBSAPRI is a leading independent insurance brokerage group established in 1951 and with headquarters in Rome and nine offices nationwide. It offers services to SMEs, corporates, and public entities and operates in the marine, cargo, aviation, financial institutions, employee benefits, affinity, reinsurance, risk management, and claims management sectors. In 2023, it brokered premiums worth over €210 million and has a staff of more than 130 full-time professionals.
Rationale of the Deal
With this deal, the shareholders of GBSAPRI embarked on a partnership with Brera Partners aimed at further strengthening the group’s position as the leading independent insurance broker in Italy, accelerating the consolidation strategy in a still fragmented market and enhancing the high level of service and customer satisfaction.
