Rationale of the Deal
With this acquisition,, Exprivia strengthened its position in the Italian ICT market, to create a larger ICT player, with a combined workforce of 4,000 professionals and total revenue of € 320 million.
The transaction represented a significant milestone in Exprivia’s inorganic growth plan, following its recent delisting from the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) and enabling the integration of strategic expertise in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and big data.
