Kitra Advisory advises IBL Banca on the acquisition of Creditis Servizi Finanziari

Kitra Advisory advised BL Banca as financial advisor with the acquisition of 100% of Creditis Servizi Finanziari S.p.A., as well as a 60% stake in Fincentro Finance, Creditis’ distribution partner.
Company Profile
Creditis Servizi Finanziari, established in Genoa in 2008 and controlled by Chenavari Investment Managers since 2019, is a specialist consumer credit intermediary with total assets of approximately €600 million, net assets exceeding €90 million, and over 60,000 customers served through physical and digital channels.
Rationale of the Deal
With this acquisition, IBL Banca strengthened its position in the consumer credit sector in Italy and expands its offering of personal loans, distributed through its branches, including IBL Banca, BCA Banca, and Banca di Sconto, as well as through their networks of agents and partners. Furthermore, Creditis will become a “product factory” for developing new partnerships with other banks and operators.
